If you are thinking about purchasing a home for rental or renting your existing Kure Dunes home this page is for you! These guidelines are for those interested in renting out their home in Kure Dunes. It also contains information to provide to your Renters. Kure Dunes homes are more than 70% occupied by year-round resident home owners. These Rentee/Renter guidelines help promote and maintain the community spirit of Kindness that Kure Dunes Homeowners Association promotes as well as avoid conflict with year-round residents.

• The "Guidelines for Renters" provides a reference sheet for your rental guests that can be left in the property and/or included with the rental agreement paperwork. 
  • Please post “Kure Dunes Rental Guidelines for Renters” on your property refrigerator or RENTER BULLETIN BOARD for reference. 
  • You will also want to make sure this form is conveyed in your rental agreement by your property management company. 
  • Make sure you or your property management company fill in the contact information for property specific issues. 
• The “Guidelines for Homeowners” is an outline of key covenants for property owner reference. 
  • Homeowners are responsible for activities and conduct of their guests and tenants which are in violation of your Kure Dunes Restrictive Covenants. This includes fines for covenant violations and any damage to common areas and adjacent properties to your property.
  • Please remember that your tenants can use our private Beach Access but must use YOUR parking hang tag to park.  Tenants can also use your key to access the Gazebo Restrooms. There is a fee to replace lost hang tags and keys.
  • Please remember that your tenants MAY NOT use the pool/clubhouse area. The pool gate is posted with this restriction notification.
