The “ Declaration-Phase Documents” are historic and reflect the evolution of the developer's plan, early covenants before incorporation, and other restrictions during development of Kure Dunes. These may be of interest to owners as the Phase IV Declaration document covenants reflect the basis of the ACC Guidelines.
